SHIPPING, PICK UP + RETURNS

SHIPPING:

We offer Free shipping for all orders in the US. Orders will be shipped with USPS, or UPS. 

Not responsible for lost packages. Please contact the USPS, or UPS to file a claim if your package does not arrive up to 10 business days after the scheduled delivery.

CURBSIDE PICKUP:

Curbside pick will be available Monday-Saturday from 12p-5pm. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pick up. Please see an associate for your local pick up! In-Store PickUp is also available in Fort Lauderdale, Monday-Saturday! Reserve your fav items and come in to shop with us!

RETURNS:

Please email us at helloboutiquewonderland@gmail.com in order to determine whether you are eligible for a return and to begin the return process. 

Item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition. Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and in the same condition you received it, with all original tags attached, in order to be eligible for a return.

At this time, prepaid return labels are not available. Return shipping is non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. 

You may return for a full refund, by shipping back your tagged and unworn merchandise, within 14 days of receiving your order to:

An RA will be provided to clearly print on the outside of your return package.

Please allow up to 5 business days from receiving your item to process your return.

All intimates, bodysuits, beach towels, and swimwear, are FINAL SALE. ALL JEWELRY & ACCESSORIES (this includes earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets, belts, hats, body jewelry, scarves, bandanas and glasses) and gift cards are FINAL SALE.

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A SALE ARE FINAL SALE. ALL SALE AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE & MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR EITHER A REFUND OR ONLINE CREDIT.

We reserve the right to deny a return based on item condition or if customer has returned over $1000 in a 12 month period or over 20 times total. Original shipping costs are not refundable nor added to store credit totals. 

Please review the descriptions of each item to determine your correct size when placing an order. We carry a limited quantity of each item and a different size may not be available by the time you receive your order. Please call us if you need assistance in determining your size.
